Probiotic Apple Cinnamon Banana Muffins

I started this day full of hope and energy!

So much so that I decided to bake 😊

I made homemade seed bars, homemade coconut milk, two kinds of smoothies, and these amazing probiotic apple cinnamon banana muffins!

I find it so easy to keep my family healthy with Just Thrive products. I just sprinkle the probiotic capsule into any recipe and know I am giving my family so much goodness!

Just Thrive Probiotic is odorless and tasteless and can be baked up to 455 degrees without losing potency! That means you can mix it into pretty much anything you’re making.

The strains in Just Thrive Probiotic have an endospore shell that protects them from extreme temperatures and tough environments. This allows them to travel past your hash stomach acid so they can arrive fully intact in your intestines.

Once there, they remove their shell and go to work rebalancing the gut flora. Considered your “gardeners of the gut,” they maintain the gut flora by eliminating the bad bacteria and replenishing the good. How amazing is that?!

I made up the recipe on the fly, but fear not - I had the wherewithal to write it down so I wouldn’t forget it - and so I could share it with all of you!!

Save this one for future use - you’re going to make these more than once. You can even make a big batch and freeze them.

The strains in Just Thrive Probiotic will be just fine – remember they have that endospore shell protecting them!  So get some baking in and have some probiotic apple cinnamon banana muffins ready to go at anytime!

And now, on to the recipe…
