Peach Berry Probiotic Baked Oats

Guest recipe and blog by Ligia / @ligiasfreshbowls

One of my favorite things to do each week is visit our local farmer’s market – They are a great place to score locally-grown, in-season produce at a really good price.

And – The fruits and vegetables you buy here are likely much fresher than what you can get in the supermarket, as they are coming straight from the farm. I like to grab different varieties when I visit and try new recipes, but one of my staples when they are in season are peaches and blueberries. There are so many different recipes to create these super fruits, but one of my favorites for this time of year is my peach, berry baked oats.

I love that this recipe can be almost infinitely customized: You can switch it up to your liking and try different fruits or different ingredients too, like apples and cinnamon!  When I make this delicious baked oats recipe for my family, I always make sure to sprinkle in a capsule of Just Thrive Probiotic. The probiotic strains are resilient to extreme cold and heat which make them the perfect recipe companion.

With Just Thrive, there’s no need to separate dozens of pills for my family, when you can just sprinkle and enjoy.  I know they are getting a healthy breakfast and keeping their gut flora in balance at the same time, and that’s a great way to start the day!

Have you tried baked oats yet?  They are super easy, healthy and nutritious. Even better, this recipe is gut friendly, gluten free and vegan, and these oats make for the perfect breakfast any day of the week 🤩
